They claim to be “America’s watchdogs” yet I called for advice and I was ridiculed about not having insurance on my defective home -when my husband who served ten years used his VA loan to get this home and lost his job shortly after due to the covid 19 pandemic.- The man I spoke to have NO sympathy and NO compassion whatsoever and would not listen as I tried to explain why we don’t have insurance.
