This store literally tried to talk me out of getting my tire done there (under warranty)due to my trailer being 35’ long. I finally convinced them to repair it then it took what seems like hours!!!!
Very easy to set up an appointment through their website. I came on a busy Saturday afternoon and they replaced all four tires super fast. Customer service was great, and the prices were cheaper than Costco!
I was told my car would be ready in 3 hours this was for two new tires , I came back 3 hours 45 minutes later and it was not ready I was told they had been busy and I was next in line so it was 4 1/2 hours ,
Went in for a nail in tire . Three hours later I was out . ?????

Very friendly customer service! I admit we were the only car there tonight, but we were in and out in 10 minutes! They even loaned us a football to toss around to keep the kids busy. Told Raymond I wanted the cheapest tires to get me through the winter, and he found one's to fit my budget right away.
Exceptional customer service. Very courteous and professional staff. Very efficient workers and even for a drop-in customer. They stand by their offering and honored the free wheel balance and tire rotation. This is true for the 3 America’s Tire shops I have been since 2009. Highly recommendable!
