Will not return to this location despite being most convenient for me. All reviews regarding mishandling of rims are correct. I have powder coated 21 inch rims. They were expensive and taken cared of but it came back with a large chip with the coat coming off completely see picture. I am told to go through claims and it’s out of their hands so more wasted time to fix a problem they created. The place was conveniently located and staff are all friendly.
Long wait but that is not abnormal for such a competitively priced chain tire shop. It is one of the few shops that provide a road force balance, and even do so for a very reasonable price. They found the source of my steering vibration (bent wheel) and were even able to balance it out. I wish they had some more staff at the front desk for customer intake, but the work was done perfectly and for a fair price. Thanks to the team.
Worst experience ever. Took an hour in line and extremely rude.
