I have been here several times during covid for new tires and back then it was easy to make an appointment for a few days out. I just ordered a new set of tires and the next available appointment was 2-3 weeks out which I was very surprised by. I DO NOT SUGGEST GOING HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. This place caused one of the most inconvenient experiences at a business I have ever had. I first showed up and got my tires swapped out fast with one hiccup of them not taking the old weights off one of the wheels. This was fixed when I spotted it because the wheels were off the car. I then took them home and mounted them onto my car and got a call an hour later that they put the wrong tires on my car. So I brought the car in with the wheels on the car. EZ pickup today. Decent prices. Gorgeous gals working hard!
They installed 4 tires for me. Afterwards, all 4 of my wheels had similar scratches over them. They were somewhat faint and I didn’t notice them immediately. Showed an experienced tire guy the scratches and he thinks they mounted them quickly without protecting the wheel. Took the car back to AT with that information and they refused to accept responsibility for what they had done. ALL 4 WHEELS SCRATCHED UP! On the dot service at appointment time. Back on my way after 27mins with all 4 tires changed. Friendly and professional service. Surprised to get extra discount and free wiper blade replacement. Great impression on the first time ever. Thank you team.
