Very poor customer service here. Checked in with an individual I did not know at the time was the actual manager of the shop who told me to park the vehicle in a particular slot which I did. Then we waited in the hot sun for more than 45 minutes and when I decided something was wrong I asked and I was told that I was supposed to check in at the counter. They are professional, efficient, and the definition of what customer service is all about. Phones ringing, line of customer out the door... (cdc guidelines enforced) shop was packed with cars! No one missed a beat. I was two hours early to my appointment and they took me anyway. Had to replace a punctured tire, and was in/out in 15 mins. I was so pleased with the service I received. Seriously turned my frown upside down!

I hit the Grand Canyon of potholes on 101 about a week and half ago and it destroyed my tire. This was the only place in the area that was able to get the run-flat tires for my Mini the same day. I would have been without my car for several days anywhere else. Friendly staff and great service!👍
These guys are real pros. I thought I had to replace my tire since it was losing air pressure but the guys found the nail, patched the tire, and charged me nothing for their services. I wish I could tip them but they wouldn’t take it. Really awesome!
