I came in with one of the worst blown out tires today and ended up having to have 2 replaced. I worked with Ryan and he gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received from any company or store I've ever walked in to. I was so impressed with how friendly and fast everyone was. Everyone I spoke to was super nice but Ryan really went above and beyond and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Just got a flat from nail fixed for free in less than an hour! Not even their tire. Great friendly service to boot! I'm so happy.
Can't complain. I bounce between three of their stores between W. SAC and Roseville and get the same great service everyone.
The guys at this business really excel at customer service. Professional & courteous. I very much appreciated them today.
