Wow! Interesting experience at the West Sacramento American Tires! 2/21/17 - went in to get a tire repair. Had a slow leak for a few weeks and finally had an extra 45 minutes to get it repaired. Made and appointment and went in. Was approached by Austin Covert, Manager of the store and we went outside to review the tires. The staff were so friendly and helpful at West Sac location.
My front left tire had a pimple the size of my fist and Thomas at America's Tire in West Sacramento was extremely helpful during my lunch. He was able to find two new tires for me for a reasonable price. My phone died so I couldn't Uber it back to work. He went out of his way to let me barrow his charger/USB plug-in even though he was super busy helping other customers and I was able to get the charge I needed to call Uber back to work. Thank You Thomas, I'm a Raving Fan of your service!
(Editing) - Follow up to initial reveiw -America's Tire Rep, Ryan contacted us and the store will be reimbursing us for our balancing. Thanks for the follow up, Ryan. --- Initially great service when I purchased new tires for my suburban.... but when I had a vibration I assumed it was because it was out of alignment and the West Sac store does not have alignment services....
