They were so incredibly wonderful to me there, they treated me like a Queen, and in the end put a brand new tire on my car under the warranty for my 4 other tires we had purchased there. It's the same thing with the corporate phone number, treated me like the first lady. A definite GO TO ROHNERT PARK AMERICAS TIRE. LINDA BEDERIO

The good news is that I was able to order tires and have them delivered, make an appointment, and they were ready at the store. The bad news is that it took two hours to install the tires and do an alignment. Also, they broke one of my hubcaps. And the store is very far from my home (about one hour). So not very convenient. However, the staff seemed competent and friendly. Frustrating that I was not informed of my military discount, so I did not get it. Also, I was not told of a rebate program from Michelin.
Easy transaction, 30 min wait for a flat repair
