They monitor the tires status. The staff who assisted me was polite, very helpful and accomodating.
Second time going to the shop on Topanga in Canoga Park. I cannot say enough about this place. Twice I have gone in due to an issue from another tire place and each time the staff who helped were awesome. They listened to the issue , never made any inclination that it was not their problem , both times said let’s take a look, we will figure it out and did! My Tire popped while on the road. I brought my car to the store and was expertly helped by Anthony. Great service and people.
After waiting for three hours, the person said I need all four tire change however my thread was above the Medium thread like 5,5,5,7 and then it’s one of the tire cannot be repaired because the repair needs on the corner of the tire which they usually say. I’m never gonna visit them again. I got it repaired somewhere else where they did not make a fuss about where the puncture was.
Today I visited America's Tire for the first time and was amazed by their quality job. First off it's a really big shop with the big team. Work area is opened and very cleaned so you can see all the prosses. They use advanced equipment and installed new tires without scratch rims. Also they didn't try to put old dirty tires in my cabin and just wasted them. Lobby also is spacious and clean.
