Update June 18th 26. IAN is a kind man! Helped me reset my tire pressure monitors. Just said, "How about we try and reset them in the parking lot. He is all knowing. Two other shops couldn't do it. We have been customers of Americas Tire for many years and cars. Today was not the best experience for me. I ordered 2 tires that had to be brought in and booked an installation accordingly. I was checked in quickly and after an hour was told the tires were delayed in coming, had not arrived and would be there soon. After another hour of waiting, I went to look for my car. I was then told it was done and didn't know why someone didn't tell me. This won't keep me from coming back but was disappointing.
I had purchased Cooper Cobra's in Las Vegas, and when my vehicle return to California with less than 100 MI on tires the sidewalls on both back tires had split. I did not purchase the tires from American Tire or any of its affiliates. The manager Steven said, he could not get Cooper tires representative to return his call for defective tires. I had to get all four tires replaced on my work Prius before starting my day, so time was extremely important. Although I missed my original weekend appointment, I was able to reschedule for early Monday morning.
