Outstanding service. Came by last week because my tires were low. Sean helped me put some air in them. Came back a few days later and spoke to Michael because one of the tires was low again. They attended to me promptly and patched up my tire. Everyone is so kind. Highly recommended for all your tire needs.
Their scheme is telling you that “your tire is internally damaged and we cannot put a damaged tire back on” & “you will have to replace the tire”. I went in with a slow leak on of my tires, they mentioned that they may need to replace the whole tire. My tires are a year old btw. Also, I have a AWD vehicle so if that was the case all 4 tires would have to be replaced. So, I was pretty much almost set up to have to replace all my tires. I've been buying tires here for more than 20 years. they're easy to work with, honor appointment times, and do a decent job
Horrible experience. I made an appointment ahead of time online. When I got there, it took 10 minutes for anyone in the store to acknowledge me. The technician kept trying to upsell me on four new tires when it wasn’t necessary. I bought a new tire there previously he missed diagnose which tire that one was. They said they would text me when the tire was ready and after two hours, they never let me know that it was ready
