I had my first experience with America's Tire this past week and what a pleasant experience I had. My rear tire was low and I wished to have a diagnostic to determine the problem. Juan, the asst manager checked all 4 tires, filled to proper level and offered to determine the low air level in the problem tire. He also offered to rotate all four tires as well. I was third in line and he suggested it might be about an hour. As I waited, I had the chance to watch the 8-10 techs work. There was laughing, singing, great team work ... read more

I would not recommend this tire place. We called and ordered tires on 8/4 and mentioned that we needed them before Monday 8/10. We were told no problem, that they would order them and they would be there on Friday (today 8/7). Called to check to make sure they were received today and told they were never ordered and can not get them in time. Now we’re left scrambling trying to find replacement tires before heading out on a road trip with the spare already in use!!

I have spent alot of money there on my vehicles.I was there Friday 6/26/20 for rotation and balance.One young employee told me I had a stripped lug nut and said he replaced it.I didnt look at it till Saturday night and noticed one was missing.Had to go to Oreillys to buy one.They are the only ones whoever touched it.Lucky its a 8 lug 2500 hd,However this is the only problem I ever had there

What an upstanding business. The employees treated me with integrity and honesty. You never know if a business says that they will fix a tire for free if it is a puncture, that they indeed will be honest and you won't suddenly be buying all new tires because it can't be fixed. These guys were awesome and my bill was 0!!!!! I’m impressed. Thank you for your awesome service! Your founder seemed to have been a wonderful person. Shout out to Tyler and Sean.
