Brought my wife’s car here to get a flat fixed. They fixed the flat but couldn’t even reattach the spare tire back in the trunk wheel well. it only would take a few more minutes and they didn’t do it.

Shout out to this store! Saw customer after customer being treated professionally and with consideration, and employees going above and beyond to help older customers. Nice to know customer service still means something.
Poor service just to rotate your tires 2 1/2 hours. They should offer the service if it’s not important to them to treat a customer as if their buying tires. 😝
My tire was losing air. Upon checking it out a nail was found and the tire needed to be replaced. I let the tech know I was in a hurry as I had to be across the bay for an appointment by noon. My car was up on the rack and a new tire was put on my car. The whole process only took 25 minutes. The tech was courteous and considerate of my time crunch. Excellent customer service. America’s Tire will remain my choice. Highly recommend.
From the minute I walked through the door and my initial contact with Hunter, this place gets 5 stars. I rarely give props this high but when I am treated the way a patronizing customer should be treated there's no hesitation. I shopped around before eventually making this my last stop and purchasing 4 new tires. There were 4 vehicles ahead of me but Hunter confidently told me that I would be out in 40 minutes.
