The staff in this Fremont store is very fast and very courteous. I was dealing with honest people.
This used to be a nice store and I have been going here for almost 10+ years. But of late, they simply have changed into a money sucking machine and just force you to replace tire even on trivial issues. My Tesla had flat tire and when I took it for a fix, they refused to fix it stating that the tread life is over. Moreover, they were trying to sell me non-OEM tires. Checked in at 11:15 AM with a repair estimate of 12:30 PM. I stepped out briefly and was told they’d call when it was time to move my car — they never did. Instead, they moved other cars ahead and pushed mine further back in the queue. I returned at 12:30 as promised and still waited over an hour with no update, only to be told the new completion time was now 4 PM. Very poor communication and no respect for the original estimate. Got 4 new tires at American tires. Given many options of tires and prices and warranties. Service was very good. They stand behind their products.
