To start, I did not have an appointment. Therefore I called the shop about 30-minutes before coming in to check the current wait times. The representative who answered the phone, named Craig, replied and mentioned "there are no cars in the bay" in which I interpreted to little to no wait time to be helped.... I then arrive to the shop and see 4 people in line waiting to be helped along with 2-3 people sitting in the waiting area. Karanvir was an incredible sales representative. He genuinely cared about my safety when recommending a full set of four tires, and his customer service was hands-down the best I've ever experienced. Huge thanks to him and the entire Fremont team for the incredibly speedy service. I’ll definitely be recommending family and friends, and I will absolutely be back!

I will never visit this store again. Tyres shops became scam , every time you go with flat Tyre they will say it has to replace. Tyres service can suggest but declining what customer wants that time is not good.
