i got a flat tire the other day and it was very stressful because I had my 16 month old son with me. I went straight to america's tires and even though they were pretty busy they all took the time to tell me they would be right with me. Everyone was so friendly and nice and after a long morning I really needed that. I ended up buying four new tires for my truck! Had problems with my wheel locks, they broke but didn't give up. They got it done and thank you!!!! Definitely would recommend this store to anyone...
Even when I hadn't bought tires from these guys they took care of me and people I sent here. After my first experience I only buy from them .
I'm traveling with the kids to Disneyland. Rafael at the Costa Mesa location worked with Mike Kirby at Garden Grove and set me up with a new tire for my new Accord. Tire damage from a pothole in the road put a nasty bubble on the sidewall. Mike suggested I purchase tire protection just in case it happens again. Thanks for everything!
Every single person in their shop says hello, good by, have a great day. Thank you for coming. I was there for a free service of fixing the tire with a screw in it. They never tried to sell me tires I didn't need.
Service was excellent. In and out less than 45 minutes. Nice that they weren't very busy too. Free coffee or water. Everyone very helpful.
