Been getting my tires here for around 4 years now...Always professional....Always quality service!!
About two years ago I had a nail in my tire and they were so nice to me and patched up the tire for free so quickly. Today I got a flat and remembered how nice they were two years ago and went back. We were already planning on buying 4 new tires so it worked out. They were so nice and had me back on the road in 30 mins! It's hard to find companies with this kind of customer service #kindnessmatters
It's plain and simple.......if you need Tires and want great service American Tires is the ONLY place to go! Professional and Kind Crew.... that's the unique quality.
The ONLY tire company I trust and buy from... Employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and make me feel like I am the ONLY customer in their waiting room, every time!! Would never go elsewhere!! Try them, youll agree!!
I wouldn't suggest this tire store. Worst customer service I have ever received. Assistant manager Candice Fallon offered zero help in solving my problem. I will go to one of the other many shops in this town. My review is thumbs down. Don't waste your time. The only time they ever showed any help was to refund my money. Way to go. Thanks for the lesson learned.
