Very helpful and professional when selecting tires that fit my needs and budget. Tires were done immediately within 30 minutes due to my 8:30 appointment, HOWEVER, I waited almost 3 HOURS for the alignment to get done. How does that happen? Make it make sense please. Do better. Why make an appointment first thing in the morning.
The day after Labor Day, they opened 30 mins early, due to the large number of customers waiting. They repaired my flat tire for free. Outstanding service, everytime that I've went there.
3 hours wait just to change 2 tires.
I was so blown away by my experience here, that it took like a day to process it lol!🌟 I recently moved to the area, after buying my 1st car with run-flat tires. When my dashlight said I had a flat, I ended up putting some air in it, then Fix-A-Flat, then more air. The next day I called 2 tire places. The 1st one said not to get my hopes up and a new tire would cost me $250-500. Then I called America's Tire and they said to come in, that they could fix it. I didn't make an appt and they were busy.
