I had an awesome experience in the store today! My tire was flat so I brought it in to check on what it would take to fix it or get a new one. It was close to 5:00 p.m. I did not think they would be able to fix it right away. They did fix it and got me on my way! I am so grateful that I have been buying my tires there! I will continue to be a devoted customer!
I blew a tire on the freeway yesterday coming from Modesto and I was taking my girls to 6 flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo. I came in and talked to the manager Jose Ortiz. I explained that I couldn't afford a new tire and asked if they had any used that I could purchase. After inspecting my vehicle he noticed a bubble on another tire.....I was overwhelmed.
