Josh is THE MAN!! He was so kind from check in to check out. Explained everything so thoroughly and believe me I learned so much about tires in such a short period of time speaking with him. There is a reason why I only come to this tire shop- and Josh is one of the reasons! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!
Tracy branch the best customer service and everytime I get my tires check rep are well trained and respectful. Chris is one of the best customer service, knowledgeable, courteous, patient and helpful. Happy performance 👌😅😇🙏🏻
The manager Sean is doing a great job. They can get pretty busy but he makes sure everyone gets taken care of. Good old fashioned customer service.
**Update Sep 11 2026** Been here 3 times in last two weeks and continued ti be 45+ min wait in lobby with appointment. No improvement, no benefit for appointment, nothing done to improve front office. 40 min phone call with 10+ people in line waiting with and without appointments isn't smart.
