Exceptional service! I appreciate the consideration for my time. I have a special needs child, & they made sure we were in & out in a reasonable time. I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed & let them know my child would be with me, & they scheduled an appointment so I'd be helped as soon as I got in. The staff was friendly. The location is clean. They have seating inside & it's quiet. I will definitely recommend them to others.
Came in needing tires for my Tesla Model Y and Christopher took great care of me. He walked me through all the options, was patient with my questions, and gave me honest advice on the trade-offs between comfort, tread life, and price instead of just pushing the most expensive tire. Knowledgeable, no pressure, and genuinely helpful. Ask for Christopher if you’re here — he’ll steer you right. Highly recommend this location
I had a very bad costumer service today from the employee CHANGE. We make me feel disrespected and he made me feel like I’m the one who’s at fault.we have appt yesterday 1pm for tote rotation.but when went there told us we need also tire change. They call this morning that the tire is available.so I came to check in around 10:30. Change told me waiting time is 1.5hrs.
