I went here after getting several quotes around town. They were very friendly knew what they were talking about and gave me a great price. Once I decided on the tire I was in and out of there in 30 min or less. Wonderful service.
This location is excellent. I have yet to be disappointed in their superb customer service and great, competitive pricing. I've been a customer of Americas Tires since 1998 and I'm so grateful to have found this location once I moved to the Ventura area 6+ years ago. The staff have been more than accommodating and helpful to this Mama with babes.
I have purchase at least 3 sets of tires from this store, not including rotations and free repairs. Like any auto service facility, it is busy at certain times, so you may have to wait if you don't have an appointment. Saturday mornings can be tough, as a queue often builds at the door prior to opening. I have always found the staff helpful, and they do their best to serve you promptly.
Be prepared to wait – Customer service at this branch is horrible. I needed one new tire and, as it was a bit of an emergency, I first agreed to pay $129 for a Goodyear tire that should have cost around $70. This company then slips an additional $20 lifetime warranty past you, guaranteeing free repairs, mumbling as though it's required. And then, as I sat waiting nearly 2 hours for them to put on ONE tire, I heard a customer complaining that the warranty he bought "turned out to be no warranty" as they wouldn't fix his tire.... read more
