This location turned a simple tire replacement into a three‑day ordeal. As a disabled veteran and loyal customer of over three years, I was twice given appointments by Ivan based on tires that were ordered wrong, received wrong, and never properly checked. On the third visit, Ivan wasn’t even there, and Joshua had to tell me the tire still wasn’t right. This wasn’t a one‑time mistake; it was repeated incompetence and disregard for my time. After this experience, I’m done with this location.
