Ordered Pirelli run flats for my MBZ installed yesterday immediately had problems with tire pressure sensors they called me back @ 4pm said they put the wrong tires on the car I went directly back and they installed the correct tires but I'm still experiencing air pressure indicator problems. I'm hoping I don't have to take it to the MBZ dealership
Walked in, right day, right time. I was due for a tire rotation and swung in to see if they had time. They had a local station tuned in bumping some old school funk and R&B which I liked. Tyler was quick and courteous and the team managed to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Rodger briefed me on the work they did and I was quickly on my way after.
When I spoke to a rep on the phone he gave me a quote on a used tire but stated if I come in he could work out a better price. When I came in a guy name Albert assisted me but when I mentioned the conversation I had about price negotiation, He said there is nothing he could do to improve the cost. When I asked to speak with the person I was on the phone with, He gave me an offensive stare and bluntly said NO. The customer service is above & beyond. I stumbled across this place because my tire went flat while I was out & about on my way to Costco for gas. I went to Costco to see if they could fix my tire or replace it but because they only take Visa or your debit card I had to mosey on down the road & I'm glad I did. If I am ever on need of a tire I will most definitely be back.
Tylor was awesome abd service was quick & painless. I did lose one of my hubcaps but when I called to find out if perhaps they forgot to put it back on he offered to pay for a raplacwment set. That was pretty awesome! 👍🏼

I was lucky enough to stumble across America's Tire over 7 years ago when I moved to Cali and it's been the one constant. Great customer service at every location, it's not about money it's about the relationship they build with people. I'd love to have a copy of their training manual.
