Deceptive advertising. applly for credit card and get $30.00 credit. that did not happen. buy four tires and get $70 prepaid card that did not happen...I paid $94/tire and should have been charged $85. $16/tire life time balance. Manager is unwilling to give the $40 credit for overcharging for the tires. They sure do not want my future business.

The employees here are so kind and helpful. When I took my 2009 Honda Pilot in two weeks ago for tire rotation, I didn't have the "key" to take the wheel locks off. They had to be broken off. I asked to have some ordered and I would just pay for them when they came in. I went to pick them up today and they didn't charge me for them! It's a really good feeling being single to know they are so honest and helpful. You guys on Standiford Ave. ROCK!!! Thank you so much!!!

Avoid this place. Bad service and can't even order tires in a timely manner. I had two tires put on. I work in the bay area. On my drive to work I noticed severe vibrations from my steering wheel. I had to bring it back in for tire balancing. Wasting more time. Second situation is when I ordered tires. I went in and placed on order on Friday. I was told that it would be in by Wednesday or Tuesday the earliest. So it's a week later and they still don't have my tires and they couldn't even give me a courtesy call to inform me.
Love this place so much! Seriously if you need tires go here and talk to Alex. He was so helpful and nice and now I'm one step closer to moving to Texas. =)
This place is the best wonderful workers, they beat other prices, great waiting room with coffee and water. They fixed my grandmas flat tire free not even seeing the tire yet to tell if it came from them or not, they said we will just fix it for you!
Amazing service!! – In such a rough economical time, the customer service at this location was outstanding and the employee who assisted me with my tires (named Sal) were outstanding, courteous, flexible and I cant thank them enough. They gave me excellent pricing and I was literally in and out. Thank you to Sal, PJ and Chris for your dedication.
I went to big o and then Americas and what a difference. The customer service at Americas was incredible. They were almost too nice. Very helpful and friendly. They beat prices of all other shops too!
