Best customer service experience!! They have fixed more than one flat for me at no charge. I will always give them my tire business!
I've bought all my tires from Americas tires. For quality tires they are expensive. I needed new tires to commute but they were still expensive for decent but they look like they were low grade tires. But out of all the times I've been here at this one the guy who help me was straight forward kind didn't try to really sell me anything and I enjoyed it. Bad previous experience that's why I haven't been there in two years or maybe longer.

I went there to just get my tires rotated when I go to pick it up they did something with the break now my breaks are making noise and it's grinding and spreading the disk.. It wasn't doing that before I got the tires rotated...I didn't need breaks just yet..I always went here good services but I'm going to have to reconsider somewhere else.

They didn't have the tires I already had on my car, but they were willing to order them for me, they gave me a choice from 2 different other kind ,i picked one they put them on, i hated the tires! Nothing American Tire did wrong, they just didn't look good with my car, choose a different tire ,they redid all four tires, no charge with a smile on there face, thanks for the pleasant experience & great customer service!
The best continuous customer service I've ever witnessed in an establishment. As I sat and waited for my car I watched every employee treat each of their customers with the upmost respect with their upbeat pleasant customer service. I was very impressed. 2 guys helped me and they were highly knowledgable and very kind. I know nothing about cars and they put me at ease and i trusted them. I will definately be doing business with these Guys again. Keep up the great work!

I have used the guys for years. I'm pleased with their customer service and pricing. Only complaint is. Even with an appointment you have to wait.
