Not only did they take care of me quickly, it was a no charge repair when I know any other place would have just let me buy new tires. They meet and greet you right at the door. I'll say that's a first good impression. Been sitting here people watching and so far everyone's been treated promptly and courteously.
I am so impressed by the great service at this store. Everyone of their employees I have talked to have been so helpful, patient, and kind. Whenever I needed air in my tires, I was always gladly helped. Today I bought a new set of 4 tires. Nathan Woods, Ass't. Mgr. sold them to me. Very knowledgable and so polite. I wish more stores had customer service like this. It was so appreciative. This is the only tire store I will go to. Thank you America's Tire.
WOW went out to car got size off tire. 205/60/16 so ordered tires Libby had them put on yesterday the guy at Americas Tire they said wrong size should be 205/65/16 an inch taller I was a bit ticked thought they up-sold lib well after some research it seems dealer (we bought new) had the wrong size tire kudos to Americas Tire Great job.
