Have been going there for 6 years for my tire needs. Never have had any problems. Removed a screw from a tire with no charge. Helpful, friendly and fast service.
I have been using America's Tire since they opened in Roseville and am sad to say that today they lost our business. My husband took our truck in for 4 new tires (not cheap) and the staff apparently couldn't be bothered to wait on him. First they served the man who came in after him first and then told him several times some one would be with him in a moment. I have always had a good experience with these guys. They have alwayw marked the tire price down for me too. In and out in 45mins with am appointment.
I love the service I recommend to all of you guys. They have a good customer service. Thank you for fixing my flat tire, installed it back and was free. It was crazy although I can practice to put my tire back. Lmao!
I had a screw in my tire. Took my truck to Americas Tire and they repaired it for free. Two weeks later the repair failed. I changed the tire (under the atmospheric river) and made it home, drenched. I called Americas Tire the next day and asked if they could swap the spare and the flat. They said no problem and made they swap. They felt bad about leaving me spare tire-less so they mounted and balanced a new tire on my spare. All free of charge! This is how you operate a community business. Keep up the good work.
I stopped in this afternoon for a rotation/balance. The parking lot was FULL, and I almost left, except I had been putting it off too long already and had some time to kill. The young man came out and checked the wear on my tires and told me what I knew was coming. I had two tires needing to be replaced! I really had put off going in too long. We went inside and did the paperwork and I was told it would be about 1.5 hr wait. I was out of there within 30 minutes. These guys were fast!! I was very appreciative!
This shop is awesome. The staff is courteous and trustworthy. They are always fast too. You can make an appointment same day on line as well.
I had an appointment to rotate my tires at 10 am. I got there at 9 instead. Nate said it will be an hour still. 30 mins later my car was done. I was happy. Had to go get an oil change and Goodyear did a 27 point inspection and took off the same tires that were just rotated but they told me my front breaks need replaced. Why didnt American Tires tell me this? Do they just rotate and put on tires without checking anything else?
