These people know the meaning of customer service!! I came in after being told by the dealer's service department that all my tires needed to be replaced and if not, then I needed all the valve stems redone - for a charge of course. Mike made sure the tech checked all the tires (only 2 out of the 5 needed replacing) and replaced the valve stems on the remaining tires for no additional charge! Love you guys!

What a joke I came in on Monday my to have a tie fixed, had to order one and I was told it would be two days. I receive a call on Saturday morning I ask if I could be in and out I am 5 minutes away. No problem I'm told. I literally get there with in 5 minutes because I live so close and there are 5 cars in the bays all being worked on and 6 cars waiting and everyone sitting down but 2 people being serviced at desk and the rep has the nerve to tell me that everyone came in within the last 8 minutes.
