I arrived at 9 without an appointment to get my Michelins rotated. After 30 minutes my car was still sitting in the lot while 3 others who came in after me were serviced with the same thing and they also were there without appointments. Another customer who came in purchased new tires for his Nissan Armada and he was bumped ahead of me because he knew a few of the employees and was walking around in the service bays chatting with the employees. I was in yesterday to have my tires rotated. I was greeted as I walked in and they went right to work on my car. About ten minutes later a guy came in with my paperwork calling my name. I thought oh no, he found a nail or something wrong with my tires. But no, to my surprise, my car was finished and ready to go. These guys always treat me professionally, whether I'm buying a set of new tires or just getting a free tire rotation. This is why I always come back. I appreciate great customer service.
The guys @ the Clovis store were awesome. Had a bum tire and needed to be replaced. Got me in and out with a good deal and minimum fuss.
The guys in the shop were very knowledgeable and very nice. Got a great price on my tires and was out in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend them.
