I got new tires in my vehicle here at this establishment. They did pretty well. They ordered my tires, I got emails and text with updates. I got in a little earlier. They seem to always have customers so it's a pretty busy place. They also did my alignment. The line moves pretty slow but oh well. The employees were nice, plenty of seats in the waiting area. Lots of stores and restaurants all around.
I had an outstanding experience at American Tire. From the moment we walked in, the salesperson was extremely welcoming, friendly, and kind. They took the time to explain everything step by step, including what work would be done on our car and gave us an accurate estimate of how long the service would take. I couldn’t be happier with the level of care we received from Isaac and Izzy at Americas Tire on Rosedale Hwy. Fair prices, honesty and great customer service earns loyalty from me and many others.
