i have been getting my tires here for years. they have excellent customer service and i never have to wait a long time. they will always have my business!
Everyone here is so kind and helpful. Bought my tires here in June, and got them rotated. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!!!
Not only did Antonio, the assistant manager, locate and order the perfect tires for my car....but I received the $100 and $60 rewards cards for purchasing my new Michelin Primacy tires at America's Tire. This is the 2nd time I have received this great promo and purchased the best tires at a remarkable price! The service, convenience, and overall customer experience at this establishment is amazing. Can I tell y'all how impressed I am with the service here at America's Tires in Fontana....I told my hubby I'd take his truck in to get the tires rotated today but I just couldn't get here before 12. Of course Connor is snoring in the back when we pull up. As I jump out to grab the stroller and my sleeping child one of the guys meets me at the truck and offers to let Connor stay in his seat so I don't have to wake him. Golly! What can I say about this place?! I used to buy my tires from a local shop and they were closed when I needed them. So I hurried over to America's tire and was greeted, had the door opened for me and was offered water and coffee. That in itself made me a customer for life. From there, they asked how they can help. I informed them of the situation and they got me on the road quickly. The sales rep, who I believe is Alan, was extremely professional and a major stepping stone in keeping me as a customer.
