Politeness. Definitely. Met two really sweet women here whom were a pleasure to speak with. Paid a little higher than I usually did but I was willing to because they made me feel so comfortable. Filed late Feb. It's now July and I'm still waiting for my check. I have tried to contact the ladies whom I met but they seem to be on vacation. I need help. I can't seem to reach them via phone or email. It's probably not their fault but communication and customer service has to be better.
Lorraine was amazing to work with! Being a new small business owner & working with other local Companies , She actually cares to explain what the process looks like ! She kept me in the loop the whole entire time , unlike others I have worked with ! I’m glad I found someone I can trust to return to every year for my business taxes. I absolutely recommend Lorraine to do your taxes she goes above and beyond! Lorraine made me feel very comfortable not only while I was there to get my taxes done she also answer's all of your questions when you need to call her for something!
