I have a question about a portion of the approved/denied claim and sent two emails. Nobody is responding.
Acct mgr Everett Smith is brilliant courteous professional & KNOWS his biz. The Platinum Plan offers 7 yrs VS 5 with all others Plus Surge Protection AND a solid savings of $2000‼️ I also switched my auto from Endurance for 7 yrs Vs 5 and $1800 savings‼️whole process was quick and EZ- a true pleasure doing biz with them
We were traveling and stuck in Amarillo with a broken slide out on our 5th wheel trailer. A local mobile RV service was able to guide me to the parts I needed and they made the repairs. America’s RV warranty worked with me to work out the process for reimbursement for the parts and repairs. It was not their usual procedure but they found a way to make it work. I highly recommend them for RV extended warranty
