Ive had ARW since Oct 2024 on my DP. Put in 2 claims for new roof air and smaller claim later. Both were authorized and paid vendor quickly. Called their payment vendor that I make my monthly payments to and they are horrible as is ARW trying to get a straight answer to what my balance is. Payment place who I think is ARW business says they only show 5 payments and Ive made 15 at least. A claim was made on my rv ten months ago. I took it to a shop they immediately contacted rv insurance company. Repairs were made the company dragged out paying it for ten months and has now denied paying almost 7k in repairs claiming work was not pre authorized. The rv was at the shop for over a month non drivable. Do not give these crooks anything unless you want to spend your time in a lawsuit as I am now doing.
We have the roadside assistance program that ARW offers in addition to their primary vehicle warranty product. Based on our experience, I would steer clear of this option. We were returning home to Austin from west Texas, when our motorhome began to vibrate strongly at 45 mph. I had a really good experience with ARW several months ago, however my recent experience over the last 6 weeks has not been great. They have been very slow (Weeks) getting their required inspector out to site to evaluate other issues. Also, I have been in a war of words/definitions with the Claims department. They have denied a claim I feel should be covered. They have denied my claim stating in their Exclusion 28 that my Slide Out Topper/Awning on my Motorhome is a Non-Motorized Screen.
