Easy process to initiate. Great coverage at a very competitive price. Gives us piece of mind on our 2024 Newmar Dutch Star. Better to have coverage than not just in case it is ever needed. Charlie our salesman was very responsive and informed.
It was easy to go through the process and Charlie was great he got us a great deal no money down and great monthly payment
A little bit of an issue with initially filing claim (by the rv tech). Wouldn't be mentioned but for the fact that I've received same feedback with past claims.
Even with a minor administrative error, ARV fixed it quickly and got my claim approved. Nothing but professional and customer focused.
