We had lived in an apartment managed by America's Realty for about 3 yrs. We had a positive experience until we moved out. I'll leave it at that. I'm sure Mr Mike will have a response, but we both know truth, especially when we did a video walk through the day we left, bc he was unavailable, and we moved states.

Very unprofessional
We have lived in an apartment managed by America's Realty for over a year. Any issues we have had have been promptly addressed. Rent is fair and we pay on time so have never had any issues. These are the types of people you want to rent from if looking for a rental. I would definitely look to them in the future if we decide to buy.
