A+, we bought our mattress here and would recommend them to anyone. Both this and their Fort Collins stores are great.
I am pro-American products and purchased a mattress with the understanding that it was made in North Carolina. Unfortunately, Serta started manufacturing outside of the U.S. and the mattress I received was "assembled" in another country. Needless to say, the owner personally took charge of the situation after the Serta rep. and sales person didn't seem to think it was an important issue. We stopped in the Murrells Inlet store and we're just looking. We wanted to visit all the bed stores in our area. We explained to Zachary what we were looking for, he showed the selection of what we were looking for and let us decide with no pressure. He left us alone and came back to answer any questions we had. Needless to say we bought an Icomfort by Serta. We had delivery the next day with no buyers remorse. I don't write many reviews but I have to for this store. I went looking for a bedroom set and American Mattress was my first stop on my loop. I don't remember the mgrs. name but he was so nice and helpful. I walked out of there happy, found just what I wanted. And no waiting for weeks for delivery. It came today and the two guys that delivered it were so so nice and they went up and down our stairs, set the whole thing up in the bedroom. They were great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice and helpful, got a really good deal on the set too, I didn't even ask for a discount and they gave me one right at the counter
