Not happy with my mattress purchase. I do not believe I received the same style & quality mattress as the floor display. These people are shady. Will never shop here again.
When a MANAGER claims to be the OWNER of the store and refuses to apologize for a SIMPLE mistake ON THEIR PART it drives my business away and anyone else who cares about customer service and respect. Oh, and this was after he legit tries to start a screaming match with me, over the phone, like I'm one of his children! I will never waste my time with this store again.
