Americas Home Place built the guest house on my property some years ago. Since it passed inspection, I had no way of knowing that the front porch had been built incorrectly. My husband and I have not been pleased with the this awful company. It took 1 full year to start on our home after approval and 1 1/2 to complete with items STILL not completed! I would not recommend this company to anyone. My friend was recommended and she is having the same problems. The house is nothing I expected and we make our payments ungreatful every month--on a house that is not finished. We have not had hot water...all water is drain out side the house.
