The absolute WORST home builder. You’re better off burning your money on fire it will be quicker and less painful. The staff in the office, project managers, warranty manager, the general managers that had to get involved in our terrible build Joe and Tracy Boner are all liars and incompetent as well as the workers they hire. We have absolutely loved working with AHP. They are so organized and make the process of designing your home easy and fun. We worked with Michelle and loved her. She explained everything to us ! She was so honest and clear to any changes we wanted to make. Obviously her General Manager is a helpful person too! Anytime we needed him to approve something, he came through for us! AHP is the best all around! They make the process easy, efficient, and always full transparency. Michelle is the absolute BEST to work with when starting the home building process and I will definitely recommend to everyone I know!
Michelle has been wonderful to work with! She made customization of our home easy and exciting, and has been a great guide throughout the building process. Better than any other builder you could go through. AHP has been great.
Sarah was amazing and even stayed late to answer all our questions. She was very helpful and we can’t wait to find the perfect piece of property.
