I just toured the 2 houses in Blairsville. The people were nice. They were not pushy, but available and ready to help. I am not ready to build a home I am doing my homework first. I saw nothing that makes me want to rule this builder out. Hospitality stands out. I am not even their customer and they allowed me to use the restroom and offered me a free beverage while I looked around. Nice. Maybe I'll see you in the future America's Home Place! We are approximately 70% through our build with Americas Home Place, Blairsville office. As with any large project, there are minor hiccups along the way. None have been major and all have e been addressed and solved immediately. We could not be more satisfied with our decision to go with this company. Thank you to all of you there and a big thanks to Christian Adams. He's been wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new home.
American Hime Place just completed our home. We are more than pleased. Started working with Cathy and Heather. They helped with plans and selecting cupboards, flooring etc. Throughout the building process they let me borrow samples to pick out my assesories. Our project manager, Darryl, was readily available throughout the 6 months of building. And. Surprise. We received money back when job completed. I have built several homes over the years. None have gone this smoothly. Highly recommend
We have just finished building a riverside cottage with America's Home Place, Blairsville, Georgia and could not be happier with the result. The process was painless from initial consultation to finalizing of plans, finish schedule, engineering, site prep, build-out and turn over of the finished property.
