American Hime Place just completed our home. We are more than pleased. Started working with Cathy and Heather. They helped with plans and selecting cupboards, flooring etc. Throughout the building process they let me borrow samples to pick out my assesories. Our project manager, Darryl, was readily available throughout the 6 months of building. And. Surprise. We received money back when job completed. I have built several homes over the years. None have gone this smoothly. Highly recommend

We have just finished building a riverside cottage with America's Home Place, Blairsville, Georgia and could not be happier with the result. The process was painless from initial consultation to finalizing of plans, finish schedule, engineering, site prep, build-out and turn over of the finished property. I have had to deal with the Warrenty Department at America’s Home Place a few times, mostly on minor issues as they are good builders. But I must say that the Warrenty folks are very friendly, helpful and will get the job done on your requests. I would recommend this builder to any one. Thank you America’s Home Place.

We cannot say enough good things about Cathy and Dave at the Blairsville office of America’s Home Place. From start to finish, their professionalism was unmatched. They were incredibly responsive to every phone call and email, always taking the time to answer our questions and walk us through each step of the process with patience and care.
