Holmes Elder came to my home and measured for carpet. He also brought samples along the lines of what I had requested. Three young men did the installation quickly and expertly. I highly recommend America's Floor Source for your flooring needs!
We chose AFS for carpet, LVT flooring for our kitchen, and subway tile for backsplash. The quality of product is amazing, the service during selection and measurements was professional, and the prices are very reasonable. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of the carpet installation crew. They paid close attention to the details like edge of our balcony and reinstalling closet sliding doors correctly. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I highly recommend them and will use them again!
I want to thank the AFS President, Tim Henson for taking the time to personally contact me regarding a customer service concern I've had been dealing with for sometime now around our floors. Tim was very knowledgeable and used his expertise to educate me on the process and reasoning of my concerns with our floors. He has made me feel at ease and guided me in a direction to hopefully find some resolution. Thanks for taking my concern seriously! Much appreciated.
Great workmanship! They really take the time to make sure they're doing the job in the way you want it done. Very courteous, and not there all day. Get it done, and out!
Very poor service. Poor installation and nothing but a run around. Warranty claims are designed to give you the run a round and waste your time. Carpet seams coming apart after 2 years. Stay away!!!
I take clients to Decor Blvd all the time and absolutely love the whole team! Professional, responsive..and they bake cookies everyday...what's not to love about that?!?! Seriously, selection is great and if there is something specific I need that they don't have in the Showroom, they can typically source it. Great customer service!
I must say that America Floor Source really turned things around quickly. We had someone come out to measure for carpet and did not get a follow up. I was pretty disappointed, come to find out the person assigned to our flooring left the firm. Americas Floor Source owner did not waste anytime to get ahold of me and got me in contact with Erik.
