No communication. Was interested in signing up but calls went unanswered, and no response to emails. Lost my business I'll just pay more and go to HFit I guess

It’s a gym… but my god is it not cared for. No one ever here maintaining the place, they put up passive aggressive signs in hopes for the gym goers to take care of the place for them. The men’s bathroom smells of urine. The bathroom appears to have never been cleaned. No one ever in the office during “scheduled” hours. Only thing saving this place is the classes they run and marginally better equipment than the other gyms in town. Good luck signing up though

Noticeable decline in gym attentiveness after previous gym manager left in September. New manager rarely in the office during posted staffed hours, does not provide notice when building will not be staffed, and far less welcoming and friendly than previous manager. As a current member, have witnessed multiple people/families waiting by the door when it’s supposed to be staffed hours, and have left. Comments from people waiting outside that they have tried calling, with no luck.

I have been trying to schedule to get a membership for the last week. The gym is closed when i have the time to go see about a membership so I call the number and I get told they can only meet me when the gym is staffed. My question is this why post on the door if you need something outside of business hours call?? I can only meet in the mornings and it is really hard to leave when my kiddos are home from school as my son needs alot of attention. So I only have the time they are in school to meet and get things done.
