Bought a Groupon for 2 BBL Laser Facials. Was able to get one, and now I cannot get ahold of anyone for my second. Is this place still even open? So frustrating.
Went there a year ago, everything was fine and got a great facial. Then when I went to book again the website wasn’t working and I was told there only opened certain days a week but I already purchased the Groupon…
Have waited for over a year to continue my laser appointments. Called months ago to get a refund of my Groupon and still haven’t received refund nor does anyone answer the phone. Do yourself a favor & Stay away from this company.
I purchased two facials when I called there’s no answer I called back someone picks up the phone. I told her I would like to book two facials.. I just purchased two days ago a ton of people bought and you’re telling me that I have to call Groupon and cancel you don’t have people to do your facials then why are you advertising? Yikes! Lol
