I wanted to thank Tra and Edwin for their excellent attention in getting our windows installed in our home so beautifully. Tra took a personal interest in making sure we got the best design aspect of our new windows and worked with us to fit it in our budget. Edwin was especially helpful managing his crew that did such an amazing install and got done all in one day. Great service

If I could give 100 stars I would. From start to finish this company was so helpful. I get so excited for these things now a days. The older I get I have gotten so excited over things I never knew I would. Last year I got a refrigerator for my birthday and it was the best thing ever until now! I just had my new windows installed and I can't wait to have people over to show them off! I'm grateful that Trey and America's Choice took such good care of us and gave us such beautiful windows. My instincts were right when *** ******, himself, showed up at my house and tried as much as he could to make me pay him upfront with cash. I refused and insisted that I will pay with a credit card. Now the nicest (fake) owner that was in my living room trying to get my money is now Mr. rude, and can't deliver on his promises. Thank God I insisted on paying with a credit card. Don't fall for the fake Mr Nice Guy routine. Having to deal with Harvey is devastating enough, but contractors like America's Choice compounds it. Wis... read more

Very poor customer service. I was told they would not break out old windows - concerned about glass in grass for children and pets. They arrived and started smashing out glass with no concern for my request. Tabs to keep windows closed keep breaking. Recently I needed to get an estimate for a replacement of one of the windows and they gave me estimate of $600, which I submitted to insurance. heard wonderful things about this company, heard. they measured and took half as down payment, told us, since hurricane, turn around was 6 - 8 wks wait ( 2 months since hurricane ) we said," alright". 6 wks past and I called & e-mailed to find how things were going...nothing, few more days pass and a man from ACW showed and measured again ? so I called and E-mailed again... nothing and called again, Jacki answered and said ACW would get back...weeks later they did.
