We are so happy with our windows from America’s Choice Windows. The whole process from start to finish was smooth. We were referred by 3 separate families in our neighborhood who used them and we too are glad we made the right choice. Windows installed in one day and are beautiful! We had no idea how much it would make our home look so much nicer both from inside and outside!

DO NOT purchase windows from America's Choice Windows. Half of the installation crew quit during installation plus one tech stood on a couple of window sills and broke them. I had to fight them to actually clean the windows after installation if you can imagine that. Also, I've been trying to get a window fixed under warranty for over two months now and and it appears I'm going to hire another company to repair it on my dime. Worst customer service - RUN - don't walk from this company. Once they have your check in hand, don't expect any response from them. They have a serious problem in managing a business. Lies about delivery, installation, use of employees over contractors, everything. The installation CONTRACTORS were the only positive - even though they would not admit they were contractors.

Ordered windows and paid $3500 (50% deposit) back in February 2022. Finally got the windows installed - it took one day- but there was ONE screen that was incorrect size. Rather than be petty and hold back $5 per screen as offered by my contract, I went ahead and paid the balance.... that was August 2, 2022. I am still waiting for the ONE SINGLE SCREEN. Look elsewhere for your windows. These people clearly do not care about satisfying your needs on-time and in a professional manner. It took 2 years from the time of order to delivery/installation. The pandemic slowed things down, of course, but during the period they were very unprofessional about providing updates about delivery. The owner, Trey, was very intimidating throughout the process. This review is for the initial quotation process. I'll preface this by saying I've been through several horrible experiences from well known window companies touting overpriced windows and long laborious presentations. To say the least I was apprehensive awaiting yet another window salesman. Stephanie arrived on time and I expressed my apprehension based on previous window salesmen. I called America's Choice Windows and asked that a sales person contact me via phone. I explained that I am recovering from total knee replacement surgery and did not feel like sitting for a long period of time listing to a presentation. The female who took my call said she understood and that someone would call me back. I met with Stephanie S., their sales rep on 10/8/2020. Put $500 down to get the paperwork started on 17 windows. By mid-December, I hadn't heard anything. I called to cancel the order. She said I couldn't cancel because they had already started making the windows and I couldn't get out of the contract. When we first met, she told me that they wouldn't start making the windows until I made my first down payment of half the total price. BUYER BEWARE!! The window replacement business is obviously highly competitive. This is one to clearly avoid. Seems like the sales people tell the client everything they want to hear in order to have a contract signed. That was the easy part. The first day of the install went atrociously.
