Do not use these people. Worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I'm the Director of Quality of an EPC and could not believe how bad of job they did. It's even worst becasue Jim Dutton totally recommends this company. It was hearing his recommendation on the radio that made me chose them. Took 4 1/2 months to get the windows when they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks. When the installer showed up he said and I quote. So amazed by the quality of our new windows! They did such a great job installing. Be patient folks it's worth the wait. The installation part was completed in one day and the installers were professional and courteous.

DO NOT waste time with this co , I had wait 6 MONTHS for my windows they gave all the excuses, will not refund my deposit and when they finish install my new windows they short 4 WINDOWS SCREENS ,I call them several time all promise no deliver then I call factory Rep left voice mails no return phone call NO THING happen DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME AND $$ WITH THIS COPANY

HOME DEPOT WINDOWS ARE TWICE AS CHEAPER !!!! them Twice in the last 10 years, i have sought an estimate from ABCW for windows, and on both occasions, the sales rep. was eager, until they arrived at my home. The Guy walked in, like this was going to be a waste of his time. He barely measured my windows. he was hesitant to talk,, didn't want to show me samples. The VERY best place to get your windows and doors done. Top-quality windows and doors.Had 18 windows, one sliding door. The service was done perfectly. Highly recommend, takes a little time but so worth the wait.

Just had our windows replaced by America's Choice Windows. They were able to work with us around our hectic work schedule getting them put in. I'm giving them a 5 star because the salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. I prefer to use companies that are well established in their industry and can offer such a great product for a great value when they focus on doing one thing well versus a contractor that does anything and different things each day. Most obnoxious owner.. After I sent an email to him from *******. His office staff called me and said that ** *** ******wants to talk and so he called this morning and first asked me how can he help and then when I gave him the spill of what had transpired with his sales man, he got very rude and told me he will end the session and all that.
