I got a "this place is immaculate" report only to have $900 in plumbing issues within 2 weeks of the inspection, followed by a $24,000 estimate for mold reduction/basement water issues/cracked foundation. This guy has no clue what he is doing. AND, I have no idea why, but this place also goes under the name WIN Home Inspection in Crown Point.. JAMIE GREEN is the owner.
This place also goes under the name WIN Home Inspection, owned by JAMIE GREEN. Honestly, you're better off with no inspection at all. This guy has no idea what he is doing. He recently bought this business from someone that owned it for years and was fantastic. That is the only reason I wound up using Jamie. I should have investigated him further.
