I had two Hyundai Santa Fe, SUV, and they both had issues. The people are friendly, but their cars and higher management, which you can’t speak with sucks. The garage they use over charge as well. Then they don’t let you know where the garage is located and it takes way to long to get your car back from the garage. They don’t give you a car until your car returns from the garage neither. they are nothing but scammers. they lie to your face and harrass you over the phone
The car we got has had repeated problems. Then when you take the car to be fixed and they say 1-3 days don't believe them! It will be almost a week that they will have had my car! Then to top it off, the car has a warranty, but conveniently they call to tell me the part isn't covered under warranty and I owe $416. I'm going to look into the lemon laws!!!
All their cars do is cause problems and break down. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the car I bought from there in May 2019. They overcharge you and make you pay more than you should for cars that don’t work half of the time. & If they do work, then they constantly need repairs done.
sells u broke cars with oil leaks and engine lights on. my engine blew in my car and they said it was the head gasket. instead of fixing it they said for me to come get a new one. when I went down they wanted another$3500.00 for a new down payment. after I just put $600 down and a trade in 5 months ago before my engine blew
mw and my husband to be bought a 2007 dodge caliber sxt from them and it has had some issues but the staff has been for the most part vary curtious about our complants and has had it looked at without batting a eye each time even when it seemed the issue was a fluke thing i just wanted to say i apprecheate it okay thanks guys keep up ur good work
place is a joke. full of lies. the garage is shady af. they have my car for a inspection. 2 days later still not ready. now with the weekend here and they r closed monday. it turns to 5 days. this place is really shady. i will be going to the BBB and or the attorney generals office. about 2 months ago my car was in their care and came back with damage to my bumper.
