RecommendedThe pool was great for my son and the morning breakfast was too. They are in the middle of a change over & remodel so charged prices respective of the dust.
Well first the room is freezing as someone broke the handle off the patio door so there are 2 holes that let all the cold air in and the heat so far isnt blowing warm. Second they are renovating or something and the paint fumes are EXTREMELY strong and am getting sick from them while trying to watch my children swim. The hotel should be shut down until it can be fixed and then reopen. We stayed at this hotel before (used to be called Canterbury Inn) and it has been great, not sure why it has gone downhill.
We had the worst service ever . Booked are room a month early to make sure we had a room for the two night we were going to be in the cities and was told one thing and got something else. Never staying there again.
Booked a room for this weekend, got there walked into first room, smoke detectors hanging from wall, white matter all over couch, missing blinds and filthy! Got moved to another room this one almost twice as bad found fecal matter of some kind of rodent also found fecal/blood spots all over inside of comforter. ...just FILTHY! STAFF EXTREMELY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING OF WHY WE NEEDED TO EXIT! I worked here when I was alot younger so sad to see this hotel with so much potential go down the shitter:(
Got to room realized peep hole was missing had to cover up with tape. No extra blankets for pull out bed. This will be my last time staying here until remodeling is done.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and I will never repeat never return! I had to kill big black ants and spiders in my room. the air conditioner was as cold as it would go and after 4 hours it was still hot in the room the window was not able to open. it just was not a good place. not to mention that out of all the rooms that place has, only one ice machine was working and it was on the top floor.
