Very nice front desk person unfortunately the check in lobby had a terrible smell no biggie, I got a room, it was very dirty stuff splattered on the walls not sure what it was the couch was stained there was hairs on the bed not mine, I checked the mattress it was very stained and nasty I did not feel comfortable staying there with my little family for the night, otherwise was a good experience the frount desk person was very understanding and very nice got my refund very quickly.

The front desk girl during the day, Cameron, is absolutely awesome. She's super sweet and so helpful. The front desk night guys, I don't know their names oops, are also great. A guest was yelling at one of them for something stupid that was 100% the guest's fault and problem and the front desk guy handled it totally professionally and with a good attitude. The breakfast is also decent, but really those 3 employees make this a place we'll continue to stay at.

I love a pet friendly hotel, but something needs to be done, when you walk in the lobby it smells like dog pee. It should've been cleaned up, either by the staff or definitely by the owner. It smelled so bad were I turned around and walked out. And had to plug my nose to walk back in.

It was very nice. Clean! The office staff was the best! The room was really nice, I like the fact that we had a door from the outside. But you can get rooms that are inside entrance also. And the price was astoundingly low! I booked a room ahead of time and the guy at the desk already knew it was us when we arrived. He was very nice and thorough, very professional.
