They made me pay for a security deposit which I NEVER got back by the way it's been almost 2 months and still nothing just mixed stories from the front desk. Or my favorite. Oh cash app just takes a long time to process itttt. Yeah whatever I'll never stay here again even the price wasn't as advertised ethier!!

There are at least 10 hotels near by that have to be better than this one. I was told one thing on the phone and it changed by the time I got there.Staff was rude, place was a mess, no Comforter on my bed, room was not cleaned properly.Large homeless population around the property. Do your self a favor stay in another hotel. There are plenty of other hotels near by... Out of almost 200 reviews I have done I try to be honest and fair I don't give bad reviews most of the time,This one deserves it...

We had called ahead for a reservation. When we got there, the room was not cleaned. No one was willing to clean it. It was almost midnight and then they want to charge me a deposit. But they can't show me a receipt that says I'll get it back. The front desk staff was not properly trained and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. Luckily, we were able to go to a nearby. Big rooms and had a toy claw game room in the lobby.. It wasn't plugged in so I it was GAME ON! 🧸
