Booked through Orbitz. Arrived at 8:00 pm. Within 1 hour, we experienced/observed drug use, loitering, alcohol consumption, furniture outside on sidewalks, apparent prostitution, 3 gun shots, our rental car had been defaced with something sticky and brown in color covering the windshield and hood, cigarette butts on the roof of the car, 2 large pit bull dogs trying to charge at my wife, neighboring room tenant punching the walls as he yelled and cussed about his pistol. beds are super uncomfortable, I had to wash the remote and phone, since they were a sticky mess! bathroom could use a remodel!
Unsafe and dirty. The place stank like dirty and old cigarettes. The fridge was unplugged. The TV was unplugged. The phone was unplugged and very sticky. There was no glass plate in the microwave. The curtains were falling down. The battery was hanging out of the smoke detector. The air conditioner barely worked and was held up by pieces of wood. Do not stay here. Our room had mold in the shower and on shower curtain. Staff was very rude. Room was not clean at all. Smelt like cigarette smoke. Definitely not worth your money. Toilet was even used and not even cleaned. Should be called America’s worst. Is there a -5 star rating button anywhere?
We spent $249 on a room that was worth $20. It smelt like cigarette smoke, there was mold in the shower and on the shower curtain, someone went to the bathroom and didn’t flush, there was a footprint on the floor, there was dirt all over, and the sink wasn’t clean.
The front desk people apparently hate there job and i am sure many have seen it today I was kicked out because I guess when I spent a week there I didnt do something right Kenneth bang on the door told me to leave and get my refund or have the cops arrest me first mistake screaming at me like you did in front of my children who now think something's gonna happen cause some douche secondly I was placed in 408 and long and behold dog shit behind the heat and air compartment ur cleaning ladies are rude they buy and sell drugs r... read more
There were mice scurrying around and seriously a douche used under the sink. I have never in my life stayed somewhere like this. Can't believe they haven't been shut down! Disgusting!
Reservation were messed up but corrected, poor housekeeping, run down
