It gets a big fat zero with me on everything about this hotel. I stayed one night. When I looked at my bank account they had charged me twice. I called the hotel and was told that it wasn't them, and I needed to call my bank. The manager was a total B.... I stayed there May 10 checked out the 11 of May. My card was charged the 13 and then again 16. So called again the manager said again wasn't her problem. Well now had to file a claim against them with my bank.
