My boyfriend patrick and i stayed here for the past 2 nights. The first the room was covered in at least 10 flies then we come back to the same room the next night and there was a ROACH mind you we went threw the reviews and months ago where THEY said THEY would address this issue. It was about 11 at night the guy at the front desk ended up being super sweet and called the manager right in front of us yet we still asked for a refund and i guess they dont do refunds??? Staff was friendly and very helpful. Amanda and Ms Kathy were literally almost like family. Location was good and close to multiple shopping centers. My fiance and I had no problems or complaints.
DO NOT STAY HERE. MANAGER EXTREMELY RUDE. SONESTA SHOULD PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES. SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT ANY WHERE ELSE!!
Hi, i just checked in with my wife, by the way we stay almost every weekend in a hotel and i stayed in good low hotels but this one was really bad, bath tub do not drain so after me and my wife took shower the bath tub was half full, but this is not the main issue, we do understand that its not a fancy place but finding 14 sting bugs in the room is not normal
Overall this hotel is ran down with druggies etc the “police station” across the street don’t mean anything … the workers obviously reflect the place & its ownership … one guy had stains all over work uniform working at a sit down job at the front desk … other lady was bold enough to tell us the owners don’t care … other than that they tried room checking me when in reality they should be worried about their cockroach problem I saw more than 3
