Booked on Priceline they took my money and refused to refund it when I didn't have the cash deposit money to pay when I went to get the room. The manager Cathy was unbelievably rude and refused to be of any help.

Well.....if you're into The Jungle Book and want to live like Baloo, this is the place for you. Bear necessities, that's all you get, if you're lucky. The pictures on the website must be from right after the remodel. Which looks like they spent all their budget on the floors, so you get a hay filled bag for a mattress and a bag of foam pellets for pillows. Want your room cleaned? One Star — The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had After driving three hours to this property, I arrived around 2:00 p.m. I had booked the room online approximately 10–15 minutes before arriving. When I explained this to the woman at the front desk, she was immediately dismissive and unwelcoming.
