Horrible hotel and the receptionist made us wait 20 minutes even there’s no one ahead of us. The rooms are nasty and untidy. I would never recommend this hotel to any one even if they offer it for free. The female receptionist was so rude when we asked for a change of room as the room given to us was not clean. We finally ended leaving the place immediately.
This place is disgusting. Crawling with roaches. They have the audacity to claim it a "non-smoking motel". Cigarette holes in the bedding and mattress. Our toilet hardly worked. The microwave barely worked. We left the room with some cereal on the floor we couldn't sweep up with no broom but not all over the floor. I unfortunately had to go back after checkout when we couldn't find my husband's DL. I stopped here after a long drive and it ended up being a great home base while I transitioned to the area. The staff is very helpful, and Nancy specifically is an awesome manager who is really understanding during the chaos of a move. It was easy to have my labradoodle stay with me and we both felt very welcome throughout the visit. Overall I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking in Garland. 5 stars.
