Not impressed at all. Non-smoking...I get that. No problem. But when the guy behind the counter told me I couldn't smoke on the property and had to go out to the sidewalk, I was pissed. I also needed to use the Business Center when I checked in at 8:00 p.m. I was told it was closed for the night. All of their literature stated that it was open until 10. Plus there was no coffee maker in the room. Would have come in handy since I had to be at the airport at 4 a.m. and the office had NO coffee until 7 a.m. Plus I saw the guy c... read more

THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER CONSIDERED STAYING AT!! NEVER AGAIN. THEY ARE RACIST AND HAVE DIRT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STOLE MY MONEY!! STAY ELSEWHERE, THERE ARE PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM THAT ARE AROUND THE SAME PRICE WITHOUT THE STRONG ANTI-AMERICAN VIBES!
We arrived at check in time. The room was still filthy from the previous tenants. The maid barely speaking english explained she hadnt been able to clean it yet. She promptly stopped what she was doing and "cleaned" the room. She made the bed dropped off some towels and sprayed the room with air freshener. We told the manager about the problem and instead of exchanging our room he told us the maid would take care of it. This place is awful. It is cheap. Close to all events in Eugene, have stayed a lot of times, clean , comfortable rooms, some smoking as well
Wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff was extremely helpful in meeting our needs. Room was clean and decorated with taste. We got to have our dog. Rates were terrific. Quiet. Just relaxing and peaceful.
