Absolutely the worst. First room he gave us wasn’t cleaned from last occupant. Second room had no working tv or phone. Third room had broken tv and was infested with roaches. Our whole night consisted of moving room to room couldn’t give us the bare minimum for our money. We payed and couldn’t even give us a working tv or a clean room. Do not stay here cops here constantly. He offered us no refund. Stay far away.
The mattress had crumbs all on it, the sheets had holes and black cigarette stains. I started to wipe everything down while my husband went to get new sheets. The receptionist said they don’t have any sheets to give us. Im not asking for an 1000thread sheet but to not have extra covers and blankets and such is astonishing. I will say the woman receptionist was accommodating and was going to switch our rooms because she didn’t have sheets. But I had already felt extremely disappointed in how this location looks. Great for what your paying for no bugs had 5G+ in room stayed in 270 asked for more towels and they came within 2 minutes very nice worker would stay again … ps hot water don’t last long so wash hair fast!
